Development and Climate Change: A Strategic Framework for the World Bank Group
The Strategic Framework was prepared at the request of the Development Committee during the Annual Meetings 2007. Upon reviewing the World Bank Group’s comparative advantages and boundaries in addressing the development challenges of global climate change, it articulates objectives, principles, areas of focus, and major initiatives to guide the World Bank Group’s operational response.
