
Jane Ebinger
Jane Ebinger was assigned to the Climate Change team as Program Manager on February 15, 2011. Jane has more than 20 years experience working in the energy sector both in the oil and gas industry (for BP and BHP Billiton) and at the World Bank. She joined the World Bank's Europe and Central Asia Energy team in 2001 initially on a staff exchange program from BP before joining the Energy Sector Management Assistance Program in 2008 as Thematic Coordinator for Energy and Climate Change. She has worked in project, operational and corporate/policy roles on issues including environment assessment and management, safety risk assessment, oil spill and emergency response management, climate change adaptation and mitigation, and carbon finance. Jane has an MA Mathematics and an MSc Mathematical Modelling and Numerical Analysis, both from Oxford University, UK.
